From the Cookbook #9 and #10: Shame and scorn

As previously written, every month we will choose a cookbook. Over the course of that month we will make ten different recipes from that cookbook to a) get us to try new things and b) really it was just about getting us to try new thing, so “a”. This month’s cookbook, Ching’s Everyday Easy Chinese has been a great deal of fun. We can make dumplings! But, sadly, with only two days left in the month our schedules have conspired to keep us from meeting our obligations and we stop at a mere eight recipes. All shame and scorn are accepted and appropriate. Perhaps next month the final two recipes will appear to challenge the incumbent: “Recipes from Avignon”. We will see.
